SiftMed is looking for a trailblazer. This role is for someone who has grown sales tactics from the ground up, you love data, building processes and solving problems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the start-up ecosystem. This role requires someone who is not only an expert in driving sales but also has experience in scaling start-ups to the next level. We are targeting new markets, learning about new challenges they face and ensuring we help our customers with the best products.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive, repeatable sales strategy to drive revenue growth, including identifying target markets, customer segments, and pricing strategies.

  • Lead Generation: work with BD team and conduct outbound lead generation campaigns.

  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by establishing sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed those targets.

  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to make data-driven decisions.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Leverage reporting and analytics systems to track sales and marketing performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.


Pre-requisites:

  • Must have experience working in early start-up sales with complex sales cycles

  • Strategic thinker with experience developing sales pipelines and processes from scratch

  • Experience with net new sales from initiation to contract closure

  • Pipeline management and sales process optimization

  • Sales forecasting, tracking and planning

  • Strategic thinker able to work through deal roadblocks

  • Background selling Saas

  • Experience achieving sales quotas, with a strong internal desire to meet and exceed achievable targets

  • Experience working with internal team to ensure potential client deliverables are met in the sales cycle and roadblocks are identified

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using analytics to inform decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

  • Individuals with great attention to detail will be prioritized


Considered an Asset;

  • Knowledge of the medical, insurance or legal industry

  • Experience using Salesforce
